(2) Disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
In principle, the Association will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the member. However, in the following cases, personal information may be provided without the member's consent as long as it does not violate laws and regulations.

(3) Handling on the Web
The use of websites, forums, and other tools, including SNS accounts, managed by the Association shall be done at the user's own risk. In no event shall the Association be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of information obtained from websites and tools managed by the Association or from external sites to which links have been provided.
(4) Statistical Use of Data
The Association may create and use personal information provided to the Association as statistical data that has been processed so that individuals cannot be identified.
(5) Supervision of Contractors, Officers and Other Related Persons
In order to ensure the safe management of personal information, the JBBA will ensure that contractors, officers, and other related persons involved in the business of the JBBA are aware of the importance of such information and will supervise them appropriately.
